Newolo Virtual Mind Coach was developed with a team of experts from VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd, Psychotherapist Teemu Ryhänen, specialised in implementing Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Newolo senior team of entrepreneurs from various fields.

Methods


Newolo Virtual Mind Coach utilises various psychological methods, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), positive psychology and mindfulness. Our aim is to help people to optimise mental skills, improve behaviour in coping with challenging situations and achieve concrete personal changes.
